Atlantic House
Built in 1930, it was originally the lodge house for the Kappa Sigma fraternity. In the 1950s, the University took possession of the house for student housing and renamed it Atlantic House.
During the summer of 2022, Atlantic House will undergo renovations to include, but not limited to, new laminate wood flooring, bathroom upgrades to include additional single-use options, lounge improvements, and installation of central air. In the summer of 2024, the kitchenette was upgraded with appliances.
Starting in Fall 2024, Atlantic House began housing twelve Law students in all single rooms in a co-ed environment.
