  • Profile
Kaleb (he/him) joined the Residence Life and Housing team in Fall 2026 as the Coordinator for Training and Development. After nearly a decade of work in Higher Education, Kaleb brings a passion for personal development and leadership formation to his role overseeing the Resident Assistant experience. He enjoys using storytelling and unconventional tools (like his love of boardgames) to design curriculum and trainings that engage and equip students.

Kaleb received his B.A. in Religion from Samford University and Master's in Student Development and Spiritual Formation from Baylor University. He brings his experience in leadership development, student mentorship, and program design to the University of Richmond.

Outside of work, you can find Kaleb enjoying the outdoors with his two dogs, playing cheering on his favorite sports teams, playing a strategy board game, or prepping for his next international adventure.
