Emily Paradise (she/her) is the Coordinator for Training & Development and has been working at the University of Richmond since 2022. Prior to this position, she was an Area Coordinator in Residence Life and Housing. Emily loves working with our student staff at Richmond and planning interactive trainings for them. She obtained her Bachelor of Marketing degree at Coastal Carolina University and her MBA from Longwood University.
