Amala (she/her) is entering her second year as an Area Coordinator and seventh year living in Richmond. Amala is a double graduate from VCU having received both her masters and bachelor's degree in social work. Amala is ecstatic about connecting with her staff and having a fun academic year! Amala has an adorable cat named Nala as well as two betta fishes- Issac and Oscar. In her free time Amala loves trying new coffee spots in Richmond and reading on her kindle.
