Richmond Home

Undergraduate Student Housing, a branch of the Office of Residence Life and Undergraduate Student Housing, is a team dedicated to students who live on campus.  Comprised of the Associate Director, Housing Coordinator, and supporting staff, Undergraduate Student Housing is committed to assisting students with their housing needs in conjunction with our campus partners.

The University of Richmond has numerous housing options including co-ed and single-gender residence halls, the University Forest Apartments, Gateway Village Apartments, and several living and learning programs. Some halls feature traditional floor plans, while others are suite style.  The dimensions listed are approximate and may include closets, alcoves, etc.

Apartments

University Forest Apartments and Gateway Apartments. Apartments are available to seniors and juniors only.

Coed Residence Halls
  • Freeman Hall is an upperclass suite-style coed residence hall. An Area Coordinator resides in Freeman.
  • Gray Court is an upperclass coed residence hall.  SSIR programs reside in Gray.  A sub-free area is available.
  • Jeter Hall is an upperclass suite-style coed residence hall.
  • Keller Hall is an upperclass coed residence hall.
  • Lakeview Hall is an upperclass suite-style coed residence hall.  SSIR programs reside in Lakeview.
  • North Court is an upperclass, suite-style coed residence hall.  An Area Coordinator resides in North.
  • South Court is an upperclass coed residence hall.  An Area Coordinator resides in South.
  • Thomas Hall is an upperclass suite-style coed residence hall. A College Fellow resides in Thomas.
  • Westhampton Hall is an upperclass suite-style coed residence hall.
